American Center for Justice (ACJ) condemns the UAE’s ban on a Yemeni sports team from participating in the championship held on its territory

American Center for Justice (ACJ) condemned The UAE’s decision to prevent the Yemeni team participating in the second Asian Youth and Junior Boxing Championships , from entering its lands without any legal justification

(ACJ) confirmed that the UAE’s decision to prevent the Yemeni team from participating in the tournament violates the laws and regulations of the International and Asian Federations and the ethics of sports and is based on racist grounds.

The center and on its Twitter account, called the Asian Boxing Confederation’s to urgently oblige the UAE to grant the Yemeni team participating in the tournament entry visas to the UAE or transfer the tournament to another country that respects the laws and ethics of sports.

The UAE took a sudden decision to prevent the Yemeni team from entering the Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships.

The Asian Federation had invited Yemen to participate in the tournament, and the Yemen team had fulfilled all the required conditions.
